Investor, Property Developer & Mentor
Hi I’m Scott Traynor, I’m an investor, property developer and mentor. Over the last 15 years I’ve built multiple businesses that have developed in excess of $1.5B worth of property value, whilst mentoring professionals to change their trajectory of their future to create wealth and success in their career and business. I thrive on mentoring individuals and the opportunities that they create for themselves. I am available for investment opportunities, property developments and mentoring.
HISTORY
From a loving family with parents that elevated our legacy from trade to supervision to management that showed its possible to all children that dreams of Engineering & Building Mega-structures is possible.
Two brothers who inspired my drive and strength to succeed with one beating leukemia and also becoming an Engineer, the other being the donor for the leukemia fight who followed his passion for giving care, health and wellness as an osteopath. They are both business owners and achieving their goals. A loving and strong mother who fought the health system on the definition of quality of life for every child.
TRAJECTORY
I’ve had a successful career in mega structures engineering with eight projects in eight locations of nine years from Graduate to Project Manager with becoming the Scott of all trades, Construction, Contracts, Procurement, Safety, Quality, Estimating, Accounting, HR & IR with following the company progression plan with completing a law degree to take the next step into management and stand out in the professional world. However, the realisation the I was not the owner of my own destiny and promotions I took action with starting my own business and taking responsibility for my own trajectory.
I became a Commercial Builder moving from builder to property developer, starting businesses, buying businesses, investing, and mentoring. Showing that wealth and success comes in many forms and that I get excited about your career, your potential and imparting my experience for you to determine your trajectory. Your Trajectory can change at any moment, it’s the spark from a manager, mentor, mate, situation in your life or just the grind of life and want to change your own trajectory.
